   Set up a virtual camera (optional)

   If you want the swapped video to appear inside Zoom / Meet / Teams as a camera input, install OBS Studio (free, mac+win+linux) and use Window Capture on your browser tab. Detailed steps in the guide below.

   Pick your face

   Choose from the curated default faces (Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, JFK, etc.) or upload any portrait. The swap is real-time — it follows your head movements.
